Terms of Use.
These terms govern your use of the Field Guide website (the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site you agree to be bound by them. If you disagree with any part, do not use the Site.
01 · About this site
The Field Guide is an independent editorial publication that reviews AI video generation tools. It is not affiliated with any of the vendors discussed. The Site is operated by the publisher (the "Publisher", "we", "us", "our") and made freely available to readers (the "User", "you").
Content on the Site is editorial commentary based on public sources and the Publisher's own production work. It is not legal, financial, or procurement advice. Always verify product facts with the vendor before acting on them.

04 · Accuracy & "as-is" disclaimer
AI video generation is a fast-moving field. Facts on this Site reflect best-available information at the time of writing and may be out of date by the time you read them. Specifications, pricing, availability, and contractual terms change without our knowledge.
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, or non-infringement. We make no guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
05 · Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Publisher will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Site — including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or procurement decisions made on the basis of editorial content.
If, despite the above, liability is established, our aggregate liability is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim (which, for a free editorial site, will normally be zero) or (b) one hundred US dollars.
06 · Third-party links
The Site contains links to external sites operated by third parties (vendor sites, Wikipedia, model documentation). We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, terms, or privacy practices. Following an external link is at your own risk.
